Freight services
Whatever you’re moving, there’s a right way to move it. Learn the modes and services, then describe your shipment to get matched with verified forwarders in seconds.
By mode
Air Freight
Air freight is the fastest way to move cargo across long distances — typically 1–5 days door-to-door. It’s the right call for urgent, high-value, perishable or time-critical shipments where the cost of delay outweighs the freight premium.
Sea Freight
Sea freight moves the vast majority of world trade because it is by far the cheapest way to shift volume and weight. Transit is longer — 20–45 days on most lanes — but for anything non-urgent it is the default choice.
Road Freight
Road freight is the backbone of regional and cross-border trade — flexible, door-to-door, and often the fastest option over land distances where air is overkill and sea impractical.
Rail Freight
Rail freight sits between sea and road — cheaper and greener than trucking over long distances, faster than sea on overland corridors, and a strong option for containerised cargo.
By service
FCL — Full Container Load
FCL means you book an entire container for your cargo alone. It’s the cheapest option per unit once you fill it, and the fastest, lowest-risk way to move sea freight at volume.
LCL — Less than Container Load
LCL, or groupage, lets your cargo share a container with other shippers, priced per cubic metre. It’s the economical choice for smaller consignments that don’t justify a full container.
Reefer & Cold Chain
Reefer (refrigerated) freight moves temperature-controlled cargo — pharmaceuticals, fresh food, flowers and chemicals — under an unbroken cold chain from origin to destination.
Project & Breakbulk Cargo
Project and breakbulk freight handles cargo that won’t fit a standard container — machinery, structures, vehicles and out-of-gauge pieces that need specialist equipment and planning.
Customs Clearance
Customs clearance is where most shipments get delayed. Getting the paperwork, valuation and HS classification right keeps cargo moving and duty predictable.
By sector
Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Logistics
Pharmaceuticals and healthcare products are the least forgiving cargo there is — a broken cold chain or a paperwork gap can write off an entire consignment. This freight needs forwarders who do it every week, not occasionally.
Dangerous Goods (DG) Shipping
Dangerous goods — flammables, corrosives, batteries, chemicals — move under strict international rules. Get the class, packaging or paperwork wrong and the shipment is stopped, fined, or refused. This is specialist freight; match with forwarders certified for it.
Cold Chain & Temperature-Controlled Freight
The cold chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Fresh food, pharmaceuticals and flowers need controlled temperature from the moment they’re loaded to the moment they’re delivered — one gap and the cargo is lost.
